Cancellation Policy

Cancellation between 120 days and 60days in advance: 10% of total tour cost will be charged as handling fees & 90% of your total tour fee will be refunded



In addition, in case if you have any domestic flight / train journey in your tour, there will not be any refund for domestic flight tickets as the tickets booked on non-refundable fare basis and train tickets have cancellation fee as well and that will not be refunded to you



Cancellation between 60 days and 30 days in advance: 20% of total tour cost will be charged as handling fees & 80% of your total tour fee will be refunded


In addition, in case if you have any domestic flight / train journey in your tour, there will not be any refund for domestic flight tickets as the tickets booked on non-refundable fare basis and train tickets have cancellation fee as well and that will not be refunded to you



Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days: 50% of total tour cost will be charged as handling fees & 50% of your total tour fee will be refunded



In addition, in case if you have any domestic flight / train journey in your tour, there will not be any refund for domestic flight tickets as the tickets booked on non-refundable fare basis and train tickets have cancellation fee as well and that will not be refunded to you



Cancellation between 15 days and arrival date or No Show: NO Refund



Cancellation of part of your itinerary after arrival: each situation will be analysed in a fair way on a per case basis



In case of cancellation/delay of any flight, air companies have their own policy to help their respected clients. Due to any cancellation/delay of flight if there is any extra cost, client has to pay



In case of cancellation/delay of any train, each situation will be analysed in a fair way on a per case basis and you will be responsible for any non-refundable portions of the ticket



We advise our clients to subscribe to travel insurance at home at the same time they do their International flight tickets & Indian Visa



We can not be held responsible for problems / inconveniences due to events such as weather, political demonstrations, airline & train cancellation / delays, traffic jams, floods etc., that are not under our control



Should you decide to travel with us to India at a later date, the amount of deposit covering the handling fees will be credited to you when we calculate the cost of your new itinerary, (Credit does not include non- refundable domestic plane tickets, penalties charged by train reservation, deposits not returned to us by some hotels and car agencies).
