DAY 1 : Arrival at Madurai

Welcome to Tamil Nadu Pilgrimage tour. Upon your arrival at Madurai airport, you will be received and transferred to the hotel. Also visit the Meenakshi Amman Temple dedicated to Goddess Parvati and a thousand pillared hall with eye-catching architecture. The complex is adorned with many shrines and sculptures. DAY 2 : Madurai - Rameswaram

After breakfast, visit Thiruparankundram Murugan Temple, one of the six sacred abodes (Arupadai Veedu) of lord Murugan. Continue your drive to Rameshwaram. Visit the famous Pamban Bridge, a railway bridge on the Palk Strait which connects the Rameshwaram town to mainland India. Next visit to Ramar Patham (Rama's Feet), is located in the sandy hillrock called Gandha Madhana Parvatham. Then visit Dhanushkodi, which is one of the tip of Pamban island and enjoys the nature's beauty. Overnight stay in Rameshwaram

DAY 3 : Rameshwaram - Kanyakumari

Finish your Breakfast, then visit Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple and have a dip in 22 holy wells for internal purification from the sins. Continue your drive to Kanyakumari, which is the southernmost tip of the Indian mainland. You can have the Sunset View behind the confluence of three major water bodies Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean. Visit the famous Kumari Amman Temple dedicated to Hindu goddess Kumari. DAY 4 : Kanyakumari - Madurai

In the morning, visit the famous Vivekananda Rock Memorial has been built to commemorate the visit of Swami Vivekananda, the great Hindu saint. The Thiruvalluvar Statue is located here. The pedestal of the statue is of 38 feet height and the statue over it is 95 feet tall with a grand total of 133 feet for the entire sculpture. Visit the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial, constructed in 1956 where Gandhiji's ashes were held after his death. Then drive to Madurai. Departure from Madurai airport as per your flight schedule!
