Maravanthe Beach - Beautiful Beach

There are quite a lot of beaches in this world which boast of clear and colourful waters, but Maravanthe beach holds no comparison to them. Not only the water here is clean and the sand is crisp, but also the surrounding scene is so alluring that one just cannot take their eyes off, are the reasons for the beach to strike out all of its competitors. The National Highway (NH17) is that much close distance of 100 metres from the shore. While traveling on the highway, one can see the Arabian Sea on one side and the Souparnika river on the other with Kodachadri Hills forming a backdrop. One can go scuba diving, snorkeling and get a glimpse of the coral reefs & marine life that is abounded with deep sea creatures. The water is safe for swimming thanks to their gentle tides. Spicy seafood stalls are very common for non-vegetarians. A range of cuisines from Indian to continental is for vegetarians.
